
The initial public offering took place on Friday, March 9, 2007 at a price of US$13.00. XSEL was formerly named XFMedia (NASDAQ: XFML). It changed its name to XSEL in early 2009 to reflect its sharpened strategy and competencies in sports and enterttainment media.
XSEL is traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the ticker symbol XSEL.
